I mean, so much rested on how lousy a villain Tae Mu (Lee Tae Sung) turned out to be? That required some serious suspension of disbelief.īut, there is a lot to like in this show. Rooftop Prince is a show that was a little uneven here and there, and some of the plot mechanisms were flat-out flimsy. I love how they take this photo together, which comes off looking more like a family portrait than a photo among friends: Through all the funny and also in the midst of all the evil plotting by the bad guys, the bonds among this motley crew continues to grow and strengthen, and lends such a heartwarming flavor to the show.
Seriously, i love the scenes when they’re coming out.Another thing that I found very endearing was how Park Ha and the Joseon boys became a family. Crown Prince, Yong Sul, Man Bo, and Chi San are called Joseon Rangers by viewers. Yong Sul is the most funny character that can makes me laugh so hard. It was a fun ride watching them evolve from their roles as Prince Lee Gak’s underlings to developing their own personalities and opinions. They provided much of the laughs they tried to navigate through the daily life of modern-day society. The best part of Rooftop Prince was Prince Lee Gak’s royal entourage Song Man-bo, Do Chi-san, and Woo Yong-sul.
I have never been so delighted by a couple before. The dynamic between hers and Mickys’ character is so much fun to watch.
Often actresses are either too cute or too serious. She is lovely and combines strength and vulnerability, seriousness and cuteness perfectly. Also I cannot speak well enough of Han Ji Mins’ talent. This drama will not be forgotten because of his talent. His body language and expressions are so endearing. Wow! What a delightful experience it is to watch him. Han Jim Min and Micky Yoochun’s chemistry are so great! Micky has an amazing and unique ability as an actor/comedian. This drama is awesome ! Rooftop Prince is one of my favorite Korean drama ever ! I really enjoy watching all the characters here, especially the 2 main characters, Lee Gak and Park Ha. They became great friends and she believed that they came from the Joseon Era.

She took care of the 4 strangers that appeared on her rooftop apartment and thought them how to survive the present. She reunited with her dad’s 2nd family but her step sister Se Na didn’t like her at all. She came back to South Korea because she found her biological father after searching for a long time. Park Ha grew up in the US because she was adopted after she lost her memory due to an accident when she was only 9 years old. They attached themselves to Park Ha because they don’t know anyone except her since she’s the first person they met and she is very nice. After they realized that they jumped 300 years to the future, they concluded that they were sent there so that they can investigate the death of the Princess. Seoul (2012) – The Prince and his 3 warriors appeared on the rooftop apartment of Park Ha. During the investigation, they were hunted by a group of bandits and ended up disappearing. He gathered 3 warriors (Song Man Bo, Woo Yong Sool, Do Chi San) to help him investigate the case. Joseon Era (18th Century) – Crown Prince Lee Gak lost his Crown Princess Hwa Young and he believes that she was murdered. This is a time-travel drama which also involves reincarnations.
